These services are designed for adults seeking intentional, supported experiences and are provided by licensed facilitators operating under Colorado state authorization.
Safety, Screening & Eligibility
Participation in psilocybin services requires pre-service screening to determine appropriateness and eligibility. Screening may include review of medical history, psychiatric history, current medications, and other relevant factors.
Certain medical or psychiatric conditions may be contraindicated, and Zephyr reserves the right to defer or decline services when participation is not clinically or ethically appropriate.
Psilocybin services are:
Voluntary
Non-emergency
Not a substitute for ongoing medical or psychiatric care
Coordination with an individual’s existing healthcare providers is encouraged when appropriate.
Legal & Regulatory Notice
Psilocybin services are provided by licensed natural medicine facilitators in accordance with Colorado state law.
While psilocybin remains a federally controlled substance, these services are lawful under Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act and are offered exclusively within the scope of state authorization.
All services are provided on a self-pay basis and are not reimbursable through private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
